Amanda Marino is a partner at Martin Pringle, where she focuses her practice on adoptions, surrogacies, guardianships/conservatorships, and Child in Need of Care (CINC) cases. Before joining the firm, Amanda spent 15 years at the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office, where she devoted more than a decade to the Child in Need of Care division, along with experience in the Criminal and Juvenile Offender division. Her career reflects a long-standing commitment to advocating for children and families during some of life’s most challenging moments.

Amanda is deeply engaged in the legal community. She is an active member of the Wichita Bar Association (WBA), currently serving on the Bar‑O‑Meter Committee and most recently as its editor. She has also served on the WBA Board of Governors, the Clean Slate Committee, and the Public Relations Committee. Amanda is a member of the Wichita Women Attorneys Association, where she has served on the board and as President. Her leadership and dedication have been recognized with the WBA President’s Award and the Kansas Bar Association Courageous Attorney Award, both in 2015. She is a past member of the Wesley E. Brown Inn of Court, where she served on the board and earned Platinum distinction. Amanda is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and serves on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Kansas.

Outside of the workday, Amanda is just as busy. She and her husband, fellow lawyer Andrew Marino, have three teenagers. Amanda has coached girls’ basketball for more than 12 years and has also stepped in to coach soccer and softball when asked. She served as a Cub Scout den leader and PTO President at her children’s school and recently finished up 7 years on the School Council. In addition, Amanda is actively involved with charitable efforts supporting victims of domestic violence and individuals experiencing homelessness.
