Hotel Information 

Wichita Marriott - Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association

The Wichita Marriott, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive Wichita, Kansas, 67207, has reserved a block of rooms at the special KHCHA rate of $130 per night (taxes and fees not included). Reservations through our room block must be received on or by 11:59 pm, TuesdayAugust 25, 2026. If the cutoff date is not met, or if you choose to book at a different rate, the group benefits will not be extended to you.

Reservations can be made ONLINE or by calling the hotel directly at 316-651-0333. Remember to mention the Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association Annual Conference when reserving your room(s) by phone.


Business Meeting

The KHCHA Annual Business Meeting will be held 7:45 - 8:15 am on Wednesday, September 16. This meeting will allow for necessary Association business to be conducted, including the announcement of Board election results and an update from KHCHA's Executive Director, Kristen Ada.

Conference App  

Approximately two weeks prior to the annual conference, a link will be emailed to you for you to access our Conference App. From the app you will be able to access full details on the conference -- including the conference schedule, presentation handouts, and evaluations, as well as the full list of our supporting business partners. The app will also provide direct communication from KHCHA staff before, during and after the conference.


Continuing Education Credit

Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association is approved as a provider of CNE by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. Course offerings are approved for contact hours applicable for APRN, RN, or LPN relicensure. Kansas State Board of Nursing provider number: LT0287-0314.   


CNEs are available for each workshop independently. APRNs, RNs and LPNs must participate in each workshop in its entirety in order for contact hours to be awarded – partial credit will not be available. To apply for nursing contact hours, participants must sign in at each workshop and complete the online evaluation for each workshop. Certificates will be issued by e-mail.


Other disciplines will need to apply independently – a certificate of attendance will be provided based on the sign-in sheets.

Anyone violating this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the event without a refund. If you experience or witness behavior that violates this policy, please report it to event staff immediately.
