She brings a rare blend of operational and business development expertise, helping organizations stand out in competitive markets through sales optimization, strategic partnerships, and process alignment. Paige has led teams through healthcare system integrations, launched new palliative care programs, and built clinical and sales operations from the ground up. She previously led a national sales training division for a hospice organization, specializing in consultative sales models, CRM optimization, and differentiation in saturated markets. Hands-on and results-driven, Paige turns strategy into execution, revitalizing markets and guiding teams through high-stakes transitions with practical and motivating solutions.
