Paige Parker is a strategist, builder, and coach with over 15 years of experience driving growth in hospice and palliative care. She brings a rare blend of operational and business development expertise, helping organizations stand out in competitive markets through sales optimization, strategic partnerships, and process alignment.

Paige has led teams through healthcare system integrations, launched new palliative care programs, and built clinical and sales operations from the ground up. She previously led a national sales training division for a hospice organization, specializing in consultative sales models, CRM optimization, and differentiation in saturated markets. Hands-on and results-driven, Paige turns strategy into execution, revitalizing markets and guiding teams through high-stakes transitions with practical and motivating solutions.


Continuing Education

Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association is approved as a provider of CNE by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. This course offering is approved for 1.2 contact hours applicable for APRN, RN, or LPN relicensure. Kansas State Board of Nursing provider number: LT0287-0314. 


Other disciplines will need to apply independently – a certificate of attendance for 1.0 CE hours will be provided.
