Fees include one connection. Multiple site participation from one agency requires a separate registration fee for each connection.
Cancellations: Written requests for refunds received by July 5 will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. Fees are non-refundable after this date; there are no refunds for no-shows.
Note: On-line registrations are a commitment for payment by the registering agency.
