Meet the Speaker

Yonina F. Shineweather, CPA, is the Consulting Director of Compliance Services at Viventium, where she has served for 34 years. An active participant in the IRS’s Reporting Agent Forum and Monthly Payroll Industry Call Planning Teams, Yonina advocates for employer concerns with the IRS, the US Department of Labor, the Social Security Administration, and state and local agencies.

Yonina was a contributing editor for ProPub’s State Tax Alert and now edits Viventium’s Pay Matters. Her articles have appeared in healthcare journals, and she is known for simplifying complex payroll laws into clear, practical guidance — making her webinars and blogs trusted resources.
