KHCA is the state’s Home Health Quality Improvement (HHQI)
Local Area Network of Excellence (LANE). The
HHQI National Campaign is currently in a brief
static period to prepare for new and exciting
enhancements that will launch soon.
The HHQI National Campaign is a grassroots movement
of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
(CMS) designed to unite home health stakeholders and
multiple health care settings under the shared
vision of reducing avoidable hospitalizations and
improving medication management. The campaign
currently has 8,523 participants from 4,753
providers.
