District 3 Meeting

This is reminder that District 3 will be meeting on Friday, May 16. The meeting will be held at the Chanute HH office beginning at 10:00.

The meeting will consist of a 11:00-12:00 power point presentation/speaker phone conversation with Sandy Decker Clinical Education Specialist from CGS to answer questions and concerns. Those coming to the meeting please bring the power point information that will be emailed to you.
